THE AKADEMIA:
The Akademia is an educational project linked to the master in Personal development and leadership, of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Barcelona.
This project promotes the emotional education of young people between 18 and 23 years sensitive and curious. Its purpose is to accompany these young people to learn to be happy and discover who they truly are, finding the meaning they want to give to their lives. Through self-knowledge and personal responsibility, it inspires them to heal their self-esteem, cultivate self-confidence, and develop their full potential by embarking on a professional, creative and meaningful path in the new age of knowledge.
I started in 2013 to be part of this project facilitating personal development workshops and leadership, and accompanying in coaching processes.
