In Change We Thorn

IN CHANGE WE THORN: In Change we Thorn is a project that was born thanks to my training and professional experience as a photographer (creative activity that initially emerged as a hobby and that was taking more strength in an unexpected way).
This project is the product of the merger of the brands “Miriam In Change” and “La Thorn”, being this second mark through which canalizo my artistic and creative production in a photographic key.

Under “In Change we Thorn” I am developing self-created methodologies such as:

• “Intervention photography” that extracts learning from photography and visual and artistic language, so that they are applicable to other professional areas such as: intervention in organizational systems, the development of work teams… Even personal development and self-knowledge.
• “Photo Team”: Development of management teams and any team, and working sessions around abstract concepts (such as values, mission, desired strategic future…) Through visual elements. Mostly photography.
• “Power through the Body and photography”: A program that helps us explore power relations in our organizations.
• “Introspective Photography” program that includes elements such as transfeminism, gender perspective, and empowering people’s empowerment.

Some of the products of this project I presented at the International Congress of professionals of change in organizations “Berlin Change Days” 2016, having these a very positive reception.
