ATAYA PROJECT

    ATAYA PROJECT: Ataya Project is a project that was born after my experience of accompanying transformation processes in a multitude of companies, and making an observation of a reality that was repeated in practically all of them.

    This observation or reality is that in Some processes of organizational change have to put more energy into facilitating the grieving process in which the organization and the people, teams and units that compose it go, than the actual transformational process itself. In the face of change, the organization and its people connect with uncertainties, fears, resistances and insecurities because they have to abandon habits, dynamics … even identities that until now had been useful and had given meaning to the organizational reality, leaving them in the past and go through a stage of uncertainty to settle in the new reality or desired future. That is why I decide to develop a methodological process to accompany in a more holistic way to the organizations in their transformation processes.

    This concern, which is shared with a person from my network of collaborators with experience in closing projects and accompanying people in the palliative unit: Carlos Ortega, makes us join in this project.
