Business Resilience. Building the new year
- posted in: Blog
First time I heard speak about Pandora Hub, I felt in love with this innovative project. What a surprise when his CEO&founder: Diana Moret, wanted me to make the Business Resilience Workshop.
We skyped and after a fluent conversation where she explained to me all the details of this special Hub, and I told her the workshops I’m offering at this moment, we realised that my failure & frustration workshop is perfectly aligned with the Business Resilience Workshop of the Pandora Hub’s Programme.
So, next 3th January you can meet me there working about Failure & Frustration Management.
“Nobody prepare us for failure nor for the complex emotional process of frustration where we arrive. Certain profiles are more exposed: entrepreneurs, innovative and visionary people, change agents… “
Failure is a natural circumstance what our culture and society don’t prepare us for, more focused on the success.
When we fail, we live a complex emotional process connected with some complex emotions als mourning and frustration.
Frustration is a common emotional response related to anger and disappointment, stemming from the perceived resistance to the fulfillment of the individual choice.
Certain profiles are more exposed to these feelings: entrepreneurs, innovative and visionary people, change agents trying to transform the reality around them ….
At this workshop you will work to identify internal and external factors that make you feel frustration, for thereafter, detect patterns you use to develop. Patterns what make that the feeling of frustration has a greater negative impact on you and the projects or initiatives you perform, as well as on your ability to detect new opportunities.
Once all these factors and patterns identified, you will work to find the motor essence that moves you, and how to put in place the pieces of the puzzle to align yourself towards achieving your goals.
The location where next programme, that includes the Business Resilience Workshop, will take place is amazing. It is the Solanell Village (Lérida, Spain), an abandoned village, actually under a rural revival project: the Reviure Solanell.
When Diana Moret showed it to me, I thought: – wow! what a gift start there the new year. It is a perfect retreat place to start the year with energy and strenght. And the connection between failure&frustration and the revival of the abandoned village is magical.
I don’t know if it is because this magic or because the collaborative spirit of the Pandora Hub’s and Reviure Solanell’s leaders, what the two projects will walk hand in hand, so if you contribute in the basic works of rebuilding with Reviure Solanell, you can benefit of important discounts in Pandora Hub’s Programme.
Here you are all the info. Programme and prices.
