Train-in-GAIT in transformation
- posted in: Blog
But before starting to explain you more, let me link you a post where you can find, if you need it, all the context about GAIT and Train-in-GAIT.
Train-in-GAIT is designed for you that, in a conscious or unconscious way, are intervening in organizations and other complex systems and following your passion for introducing these changes you believe in, you’ve hurten yourself and other people.
By the GAIT‘s hand (Guild of Agents for Intentional Transformation), an iniciative that’s growing als a net, it means, people connected in diffetent constelations (Practice Communities, Gait2Gait, etc.) who acquire the commitment to give themselves mutual support for change their organizations, communities, territories… with a higher impact and less suffering; it looked like if Train-in-GAIT will be a traditional training, a closed program, it won’t promote the networked organization. This is the reason because the current format of Train-in-GAIT is this you can see below. A modular, open and alive format.
If Train-in-GAITwill be a traditional training, a closed program, it won’t promote the networked organization. This is the reason because the current format is a modular, open and alive one. When Eugenio Moliní (@EugenioMolini) told me he was thinking about this idea while traveling from Sweden to Spain, me (a convinced, not only of net, but also of agilism, two important keys in our new changing and uncertain reality) I thought that was the convinient direction.
