I help entities and organizations to leave behind traditional ways of managing, accompanying them in their transformation towards agile approaches (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). It is not only about training in new practices, but to help them change the “chip” and mental models that this entails.
From this role I accompany organizations of different types in the approach of changes of great impact in their processes. I have a systemic understanding of organizations as well as a dynamic vision of their processes, putting a special focus on the moments of ‘closure’ inherent in any transformation.
Politologist and innovator according to the diplomas. I spend long periods in the world of strategic planning for governments + companies and in the training and coaching for start-ups. That’s how Agile arrived … and never left again. With a contagious energy, I put body, head and heart so that the agile seed continues to grow on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean.
